If you have opted for auto renewal, your subscription gets renewed automatically on the same day of every month / year, in accordance with the subscription starting date.
You can upgrade or downgrade level of our services at any time of your usage, however Waitizzy does not refund any fees in that case.
If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Waitizzy service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.
Waitizzy technologies (OPC) Private Limited may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
Alert: Without limiting any other remedies, Waitizzy may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is cancelled mid-month.
Waitizzy charges and collects in advance for use of the our service. All services rendered are non-refundable. All subscriptions monthly and yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until officially cancelled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to : sales.waitizzy@gmail.com or by sending a message through app.waitizzy.com/messages.
Customers will receive an email/message from Waitizzy confirming that their subscription to our service has been cancelled.
Customers can cancel the subscription at any point. Refund will not be issued if subscription is cancelled mid-way. Customer can continue using the service until the end of billing period, even if subscription is cancelled mid-way. Important: No refunds or credits for partial months of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation. Customers have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for our services at any time, by just choosing the upgrade or downgrade action in the subscription page.
The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.
Public can made the payment either Online or offline. Only the Online payment is done through the app.
The amount that is paid Online though the app's public page, includes, intenet handling charges(Payment partner fee) 2.5%. In case of any failure in the transaction, the payment will be verified and refunded in 5-7 working days.
The amount that is paid by the restaurant's consumer using the public page, will be settled/transfered to the customers(restaurant) once the payment is captured by the payment partner. This might take upto 48 hours.
